A response to COVID-19.
This piece discusses the difficulty I have experienced in staying connected to the people I love. I have always had difficulty accepting the digitally dependent world that I live in today, and being quarantined at home with no other option but a screen has been a real challenge. We are supposed to feel more connected by the sheer amount of technology available to us, but somehow I feel more disconnected than ever before. We are being forced to live through a screen.
